All data obtained by us will be treated under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, with the strictest administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing, ensuring confidentiality and privacy as established by the law.

The information collected will be used exclusively to contact those interested in learning about the food waste collection service we provide and its scope, as well as to follow up on comments, queries, complaints and claims that arise in relation to our services, and maintain statistical and administrative control. In case you do not want your personal data to be processed to receive advertising offers, you must express your intent through emailing info@nidaria.mx.

The treatment of your personal data will be based on the personal data principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, in accordance with Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares. 

Transmission and transfer of personal data

Nidaria may not give or transfer your personal data to persons other than Nidaria staff. Personal data may only be shared with competent authorities in the area of Personal Data if they are requested by means of a duly notified, substantiated and reasoned official letter. However, if you do not express your refusal to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you give your consent for your data to be transferred.

At any time Nidaira may make changes or updates to this Privacy Notice to address legislative developments, internal policies or new requirements for the administration of customer complaints and claims, which will be notified to customers via email regarding any changes to the Privacy Notice.
